Amazing what we take for granted @Banksy. Electricity supply is a shocker as well. Fortunately Malingunde is not going to require large amounts of electricity supply such is the simplicity of operations.
The scoping study addressed this with initial expensive diesel powered electricity generation to be replaced asap with grid supply.
