    re: avm sp gains john Anvil has doubled in price at least over the past two years and since the start of the commodities boom, what four, five, six times. Not sure but if it started 4 yrs ago but if it was then six times.

    Not having a go but AVM is and has done well. Probably best to look else where if you want the same results. AEX could be a start.
