If CBA is buying up (a change from selling off inprevious times)at surging share price there may well be a positive message.
I imagine that they believe the contract review is no longer a serious threat.

Perhaps there has been a lot of international diplomacy going on at the highest level.
Some large companies would be leaning on their governments to take on the matter with Congo authorities at the highest levels.
The psychology of original review demands suggests lower echelon thinking.
Going for the pot of gold.
A different tack will no doubt evolve at top levels of the Congo Government.
Aided by promises and negotiation of US - and others - diplomacy.

That is my hope at the moment!
