    think you have mixed up your US and Oz dollars in your calcs. The offer is at $1.55 and it looks like it might take the form of $1.35 plus a 20 cent ff dividend (they have a big franking credit balance). I think the 4.25 cent final ff dividend is also in addition. So it works out to be 1.55 plus the associated franking credits.
