richrichie, I think now that RMS did make an offer, they need to justify and convince DIO shareholders that their offer is worthy. Having said that for now their offer seems to be better on the basis of immediate value. To me 98c equivalent is beter than 73c? But I'm not interested in a long position outside this play. So for 2yr+ holders, the AVO deal might be good. Still, hard to resist the offer from RMS on basis of the immediate $ value.
