The acceptance by Baker Steele changes the game somewhat.. will be interesting to see if they now get over 50%. Not much time left for other people to get their acceptances in.
This could end up a real stalemate, with both RMS and AVO as substantial shareholders but each with less than 50%.
Either the AVO board have played a tough but clever game, or they have stuffed it up big time by falling short.
