The buyback was a little disappointing with the 18 month timeframe. Expectations were perhaps too high but there's no denying it is trading at a discount. $30 equals a P/E of 13 and there's no sign of demand for it's products diminishing, I can only guess that serious money is waiting for a resolution at Escondida.
