    Do you think BR/OZL would have approached both GREENSTONE and GLENCORE before just lobbing this in?
    Would seem to me to have been both arrogant and brazen to not have consulted prior to this, and since I expect they want their shares I'm guessing they did.
    Why were they not a party to the announcement?

    There may be some food for thought in there.
