Isn't this the second time that AVQ have been pulled up by ASIC or the ASX over announcement they have made or plans for capital raisings Last year they had to retract their PFS announcement as they included results from Isabel which they do not own any more. Now this debacle with the Rights Issue. What AVQ needs is an MD who actually know how to run a junior exploration company and also one who is not getting over a $1M in year in total compensation.
