The stock actually started hitting sub RI prices On the 1st of March - where as the Stop order was issued on the 7th of March
The so called crash was just a continuation of the trend albeit with the ASIC Stop Order seen as adding 'confirmation' for that trend (fuel to the fire)
and Taking that... staunch! bear trend into account, the RI was basically dead in the water in any case, ... but with NO minimum required, would have (will?) just limp over the line being woefully unsubscribed even if revised @ todays price IMO
