As in the past when Drake bought into AVQ, every 1% change in holding has to be reported to the ASX. Don't know if Drake intends to buy or sell but either way you WILL know.
When Anthony Faillace was elected to the board I wondered at the time if this was "over kill". Quite frankly Drake is an elephant and AVQ is an ant. My gut feeling is that he has increased committments elsewhere (as reported) and no reflection on AVQ.
Drake are fund managers not a mining company. IMO there is no need for a T/O anytime. In the future when AVQ gets close to making money, they may negotiate a royalty deal. There is no need to increase their risk at this stage.
My opinion of the latest Court Update is not much. Still no end of the tunnel in sight for the long suffering unfortunately.
