Volume is the key ingredient. Longer term AVQ is top of the trend channel and a break (this is where volume is required) should target low 30's. Short term structure (last 8 days), you could say that a pennant is forming with a break imminent. The only problem is I'm not seeing a pennant slope too much so it technically could break either way, but these types of charts usually show an upward movement (especially after taking a breather from a recent price hike)
