From a FA point of view, I agree. From a technical point of view, anything is possible, but it is unlikely we will see sub 30 again where there has been a lot of trading to confirm this new support. Not sure if the graph has come out right, but if we go past 36.5, it will race to 40 where it will need to spend some time there to consolidate the new support (subject to receiving any news of course, then it will be in unchartered territory - perhaps test the 5 years high of 81 in a short amount of time)
