Take this as you will but it is certainly interesting.

AVQ appears to be on a seasonal Gann time line. Gann time counts indicate relevant dates based on cyclical and seasonal events.

From the start of the COA to the final judgement was 300 days – a relevant Gann time count.

The final judgement was also handed down on the autumn equinox – a relevant Gann date.

Using the 21-03-16 as the COA judgement and our trading halt:

The major low of 0.12 occurred on 17-06-16 which is 89 days after 21-03-16 - a relevant Gann time count is 90 days and this date is also very close to the summer solstice on 21-06-16

The first court case concluded on 2-07-14 which is 90 weeks before the 21-03-16. 90 weeks is a relevant Gann time count

AVQ won the first court case on 24-09-16 which is 544 days or 18 months before the 21-03-2016 – 18 months is a relevant Gann time count . Also SMM lodged the appeal pretty well straight away so also 18 months before the 21-03-16.

Maybe I just looked for confirmation bias? Who knows

Anyway , projecting forwards the following dates could be relevant for AVQ such as an announcement on a mining licence. Interestingly the recent high on 28-06-16 is not a Gann date so hopefully it is not the highest point, meaning we could be going higher. Or not.

    18-07-16 120 days from 21-03-16
17-08-16 150 days from 21-03-16 and also half the length of the 300 day court proceedings
    16-09-16 180 days from 21-03-16
    21-09-16 spring equinox

What ever you do, do not base any investment strategy on this. These dates just show relevant dates, not what will happen (if anything at all) on them. Just be interesting to watch. Take this as you will. I have no inside knowledge of anything.
