Just a quick reply mboose, on another board a poster said their Queensland premises was up for lease so I phoned the office. Apparently it had been up for lease for months as the owner carried out refurbishments and obviously wants higher rents for all offices at the complex, hence Axiom started looking at something cheaper. That's it, nothing untoward.
