I don't know how others see it but IMO There is no sunshine in having an Indigenous group publicly express such anti Axiom sentiment And by the looks of it, their agenda is to well and truly rain on AXioms parade.
Obviously some seem to think that having these groups of landowners contest the rights is ok because in their opinion, these landowners do not have a case.
And note that that is exactly how the same viewed the case when it was to be heard @ COA .... and we know how that turned out.
Knowing SI, it would not surprise me to find their claims are total unadulterated BS but sadly, no matter what legal right they do or don't have, the fact that they, a group of indigenous landowners are challenging the right of Axiom, a foreign entity, in itself will be enough to slow any progress to snails pace if not prevent Axioms success completely.
The only way this could wind up as a positive is if turns out the whole article is crap, no AGM took place, and those landowners do not exist whatsoever.......... unlikely but It is SI so there is the possibility
