If AVQKB has exploration permit, that does not have or is not governed by the terms of an EIS over San Jorge lands, this may well explain why the BLA San Jorge landowners have withdrawn their support for and access to their San Jorge nickel lands.
Their lands, like many other areas of SI that have been heavily logged, have been left with and now suffer some terrible legacies both on the land and in the surrounding waters.
