I'm sorry mate I know what your saying but he won't be owed any apology. He simply should not be getting the money he is at this stage in the companies lifecycle, he should be doing the exact same job (a better job really by showing his commitment and backing AVQ) but on one third or even half would be acceptable of what he is getting now. There is no alignment of us and him, if there was this conversation wouldn't come up every month the way it does.

It's simply a money grab whereby win or lose he wins and that's not somebody I will be apologising to.

Show me another $50m capped company who's "leader" makes that coin?
