What everyone forgets here is that the real commodity of Solomon Islanders is time. The nation as a collective have broken the backs of all and sundry by just parking up and waiting. Axiom is on a trajectory now where shareholder sentiment is overwhelmingly taking a turn for the worse due to lack of delivery on Kolosori after the court case. SJ has always been a bridesmaid and this is being borne out in the results to date. In essence the company needs Kolosori (and a re-balance of administration costs) to retain its viability.
Some are saying 22nd Feb. Not sure SIG will play ball though especially if SIG has had enough of AVQ bullying them around and making them look like idiots during 5 long years of litigation. Sitting and waiting is what Solomon Islanders do when they want to get a point across, otherwise they move forward much quicker.
So what all holders should really be asking themselves is are you banking on a Kolosori decision on 22nd Feb 2017, 22nd Feb 2018 or 22nd Feb 2019? One or two more years from SIG perspective is nothing for them, however this would certainly not fit in with AVQ shareholder expectations at all. RM knows this and hence the skin in the game has been cashed in. Would also require a few more CR's to keep the lifestyle of the chosen few at the level they are accustomed to though, that is for sure.
