Go back and have a look at other companies and you will find the same statement from their auditors. Keep in mind auditors have to protect themselves that's why they make those statements. They are only looking at the balance sheets not the companies access to funds or blue sky potential.
I pointed this out some months ago and yet ignorant posters keep bringing it up. Suffice to say some of those companies are now booming enterprises.
