I guess we are all asking ,"has this just been a big con" or is AVQ really going to pull the rabbit out of the hat with a signed licence.
As I write I notice the share price is 9.6 cents???? Very worrying, and extremely poor of AVQ to remain so quiet with the promise of a signed licence.
