In a previous life Admedus was not kind to a lot of retail holders, some of these may not be inclined to review Anteris with a clear mind.
Importantly though capital is required within 6-9months and Anteris’ history has been to raise below existing shareprice and with substantial options which may be causing a lot of both retail and institutions to sit and wait.
it would be beneficial if they finally looked to raise at a premium this time.
