100% barra, especially with the bigger players.
Biggest lookout will be whether the sp will be left to rise and thus bring about the conversion of upcoming options.
In reference to the options, and future options, it does cast a fair overhang to the share registry, i.e, contribute to significantly more shares on issue. I think that, Imho, this does put a damper on any future take over bid. A bid of, say $50, would take into account the present SOI and then have to allow for all potential options being converted.
I have a sp in mind that would I be quite happy with, I really do doubt whether it will be anywhere near $50 when the time comes.
