    Iceman, thanks for the questions.....

Figure to get this to market, I believe the company will have to spend another $150-200 million US. I figure that the company could potentially be selling their TAVR in EU or US around 3-4 years from now and to get there I believe $50 million US a year, trials, admin, r&d etc....

My own figure for a buyout is $15 Billion US or approximately 1x what I believe the TAVR market will be worth 6-7 years from now. My own figure for a buyout USED to be considerably lower BUT..... BUT..... the more I hear the experts talk the more I believe that AVR's DurAVR will own and dominate the TAVR market COMPLETELY.... it will basically act as a monopoly.

So whoever buys it will own the $12 Billion US by 2025 market and be able to sell at very high margins making massive profits.

As well as that the company who buys AVR will be able to leverage their ADAPT technology to then go onto create numerous other products...

Just my own thoughts, could be very wrong, although that's the way I see it currently.
