Usually volume increases after public buyout offers and those buying in do so to take advantage of the arbitrage possibility, so they buy in with the intention of voting for the offer. I know we all hold our shares tightly but asks will materialize if an offer is announced.
The question with us will be whether diehards hold enough shares to stave off the newcomers, what Perceptive does, they hold around 14% of our shares, and whether Wayne and the Board recommend to vote for the offer or not.
