Hi synap... This is my major concern --- parasites (my description) buy in small amounts to build a holding under 5% ... and when a bid is made - say from one of their 'friends', long term shareholders miss out on what the Coy should be 'fair valued'.
Seen it a number of times whilst my stint in a Brokers office.Coy Managements think they have it under control .....yeah right - not.
Especially in the US of A . No loyalty there ...only opportunistic greed - in my opinion.
