This seems to be prepping for the next placement, by the usual opportunistic parties, to buy in at the usual ‘fire sale’ prices, bought into and then resold into future sp sensitive Ann, until such time it is ‘game’ on and the cycle is broken.
Not sure how long Anteris will continue to issue shares at this price for a company that is valued at $40 plus before this cycle can be eliminated.
The sooner ‘any’ offer above $30 is presented the better, all the BOD has to say is; We do not believe this is a adequate offer but we will put in front of of our Shareholders to vote on, we will also state that this offer is inadequate.
There has OR has not been a offer so far, this is a public company NOT a private company, any offer above $30 plus should be placed in front of the shareholders of this company to decide on, not sure how or why ‘confidentiality’ issues can be cited when ultimately it will be voted on by shareholders in this company.
IF the offer is at current levels or not much higher it would seem to suggest this has a mighty long way to go yet.
