I am of the opinion that price is not rising in preperation for a Cap Raise. My opinion only..Typically before a raise we see the company doing the rounds and pumping the story.
I have been amazed with how silent it is from Wayne since the start of the year... He always said after the EFS, medtech would all take notice so let's hope someone did.
