Computershare is proving to be hard work. My daughter wasn't registered with them so we couldn't hit "documents" and print. She is now but we await a "snail mail" letter to finalise. We received a letter saying that it was too late for mail, so a personalised options form couldn't be sent however we wanted BPAY so needed the numbers. (That "Sam Sample" has BPAY numbers but not sure how that would work.? Confusing to say the least!) Tried calling the guy who wouldn't send the personalised form (another friend had received same that very day) but their policy is to not allow contact with individuals so unable to sort it out. I have been promised "urgent attention" but still nothing. Very poorly organised in my view.
Great work by Wayne elsewhere though, where it really counts.
