Bill, not sure what share restructure you are referring to; but some time we holders copped the 1-9 restructure because of Hong Kong listing/capitalisation rules. Recently its more of Neptunus (original co/parent) taking up option to meet financing requirement, watering down our holding even further. After messrs Hill and co picked up millions in options, post 1-9, the rest of us are looking VERY shabby. Jaded? You bet, with blo%$ody bells on! This one will go down as the 2nd biggest mistake Ive made in my life after HIH. Its almost as if each step fwd., the vultures award themselves more options and a decent consultancy fee plus salary.Dont believe me, check the financials. If AVT had actually realised one of the past 4 great management ideas I'd not quibble, but its been one disaster to another. Probably starting with the Peter Simpson vs Aust.Fin.Review debacle.
