the fact is they were offered a seat on the board
the background of how avexa shares were run down in price and calzada got to buy at 3 cents is at the very least being investigated .
As for atc being the death of AVX this remark is also well of the mark .
there is an independant review underway and if its found to have some intrinsic value to the company it will be exploited
if not it will die . The board will heavily weight atc future on the review .
AVx has many other products in its arsenal so at 3 cents a share im not worried.
The news flow has been slow because of this EGM and i expect the news will flow now, the directors that resigned and are now back on the board are there because have a strong belief in the company

The facts are the board is now united to produce a positive outcome for AVX holders , this was not the case earlier this year.

I also note that none of the current directors have shares in the company at the minute .
As soon as Calzada are out of the way this will change .

i have added to shares over the last few weeks and have added more once the vote was clear .

With Calzadas cash burn and their cash at bank
I know who i will be backing for a brighter future .
