    Investor declared. Reasons for capital raising answered and completely justified in reference to its timing. The other drill holes are copycats of the first!! Three times larger than PLS! Chinese investors at a future date! Answered all those posts the last few days ... no more BS guessing. I'm parking my money right here.... buying more tomorrow..... all facts!! No RAMPING
