    What's the story with the big Chinese infrastructure spend on the road to Manono? Is the Chinese committment to build and pay for the road conditional on the Chinese ultimately having a controlling interest in any future Manono mining operation? I can't see the Chinese being too happy to build a road to a potential US-owned mining operation ...
