1. When is ML? We are in discussions.
2. Will ICC/ICSID persuade DRC? We hope.
It either ML or pathway toward ML happens or there's legislation through ICC/ICSID. The sooner holders (and for some reason non holders) make peace with that, theyll be able to sleep through the night.
