I did hear subsequently that the Minister of Justice had been delaying the MoU for the last two months after it had been delivered for her legal review, and that it was believed she was essentially stalling the process. This is not first hand information, so take with a grain of salt, but I also heard that FT has now sent over his legal advisor to sit in on the MoU process and that this was a recent development. Make of that what you will. NF was pretty clear that they view the MoU as the main catalyst now for a passage towards a positive outcome.
