    Just looked at VanEck Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF. They hold 69,192,235 AVZ shares. That is 3.58% of the portfolio. I would think that they did their DD before putting AVZ into this ETF. For that size of a stake, I would do my research. Just saying, in my opinion, I think they wouldn't being investing in AVZ on a hope and a prayer.
