then why not use this forum to ask questions, educate yourself, rather then give advice? You don’t know anything about the demerger, pros & cons- to be honest, it’s not your place at all to be giving advice and frankly makes you look silly.

The government of Mali owns part of not the companies, they have been consulted and are active. This is nothing like with what’s going on with AVZ. AVZ is related to a Chinese business issue- ALL Australian Lithum mines have similar agreements with Chinese companies so the issue AVZ have could easily happen to companies here.
