That is what the data is showing. show me a graph of a drop off in lithium demand and a dramatic jncrease in supply lol
More people switching as it is an economically sound decision. Plus it isn’t just a market decision - global governments are supporting the transition.
Currently lithium prices are as high as they have ever been. Showing signs of cracking through 500k. Lithium is an outlier in this market correction/recession. It has been grossly undervalued and will rubber band back to where it belongs in a few months.
In terms of AVZ. It will be the lowest cost producer when it comes online. If demand falls off, it won’t be AVZ paying for it. It will be a large number of the lithium hopefuls in Australia that are high cost producers, with inferior product.
