hadn’t even started ; hasn’t even been put up on the ICC battle screen, zero mention of it there ; it should have shown up over a week ago … AVZ filed a response to the proceedings during week starting 13th of June going by the ann on the 17th ; arbitration cases case be axed if considered a waste of time due I.e as AVZ called it in the ann - ‘frivolous / meritless claim’
These are the exact words used in law docs to describing the disposal of an arbitration case before it even starts.
