Agree that there will be another likely extension but that in itself is a worry for short positions as they lose money every day they don't have access to their positions. Only have relatively small position here but I am content with further extension as I think the likelihood of good news increases with time. be it good arbitration outcome or ML. Instos with short positions will not enjoy not having control of the SP with those catalysts at play.
