Wasn’t it going to take 4 weeks for arbitration to select a panel there may be some info about that as for the ML I doubt the DRC will do anything before the arbitration decision imo. If Dathcom need to pay surface rights who owns what percentage of Dathcom. AVZ won’t want Zijin to put money in that would mean their recognised as a partner.
