    It seems obvious Nigel knew that Locke would not clear diligence, and that is why he effectively had to pay Locke a AUD $250k break fee if they terminate, which is guaranteed.

    My research suggests this type of break fee is not typical for funders, and we now know why. Watch this space...

    AVZ made a big mistake by trying to deceive shareholders with this announcement. It has backfired.
