3. Nick is also CEO of Armadillo Litigation Finance (Houston, Texas) in the US for the past 10 years

then long winded post from a known third party who hasn’t got any prediction correct- so forget that unsubstantiated info and I said try looking at internet at Locke capitals website and you will see no historical case wins mentioned and they were only founded in 2021- odd don’t ya think if they are deploying a billion?

Can’t see any cases past or pending mentioned- it was just an observation and you could look and assess for yourself/ instead you tell me via “ Jen’s “ — which is garbage in garbage out -and proves nothing- you think they deploy one billion usd and don’t mention it on their own website odd ? I was one of the first to point out the salaries and bonus paid this last report and the fact the directors are recommending a remuneration report despite being in suspension - admitting long after a suspension that what it described as meritless has all resulted in multiple unfinished actions all covering items it dismissed , resulted in a worse position than when it went into suspension and an asx formal suspension and suggested
at the very least vote against that- the remuneration report
following on from discussion someone else has posted public info on Locke financials which don’t seem to support or reflect a twits tweets

the board needs to go- I’ve voted against all recommendations- anyone else ino will bring this to a conclusion faster that the incumbents who even as early as late last Friday attempted to.L blatantly mislead investors saying they had secured funding in a headline when the detail of the announcement shows they have not secured one cent and despite their rhetoric it’s signing of a binding term sheet won’t make anyone think it has the funding to go all the way as at the time of making the announcement
wake up- it’s already in flames- question is what can be salvaged if anything - even Avz is now hinting twice it’s preferred conclusion is a negotiated settlement after never signalling anything until such time as it announced it had appointed advisors to raise capital
vote how ya like but please stop perpetuating rubbish by reposting tweets as some sort of justification which are and have been shown to be junk
