Since the Congo started and maybe even suggested the settlement themselves -- instead of it being forced by a court decision like in other cases -- you'd think they're more likely to stick to it.
Quick settlement, by end of September this year, seems both parties want this out of the way.
In regards to Locke, there's another update due by the 15th of this month. If it's another delay, people would have to start questioning if this deal was ever really on the table or just a tactic used to secure votes at the last AGM.
If it's legit, Locke should see the big payday waiting for Sundance's funder and get on with sealing the deal.
