Yes I do. It is their job to express an opinion on the financial statements cover to cover, and the Partners' are personably liable if they miss key disclosure items through negligence or otherwise. If they didn't report it they might not have seen an issue with it or weren't aware of it. Hence why you can bring it to their attention themselves.
