DLA Piper reviewed the proposal, recommended some adjustments to the contract.
The BOD had veracity review and they came back with approval.
This is how due process works.
They portray Nigel as a little gung ho, but thats his job, to drive the project and get an outcome for shareholders.
BOD tamed things down, thats their job.
The corridors of Canberra, Washington and Westminster are full of paid consultants (big oil anyone!!).
