did anyone else read that the deal includes fiddling with the public share registry , and that this consultant may not have the influence he is peddling ?
no matter what you think about competing claims fiddling with the public shareholder is a "unique" solution to a problem that perhaps the shareholders were not fully informed of ?
And of course this now making the public domain will no doubt help AVZ
