Tom is really on a mission against avz and Nigel. Of all the folk, I really do hope Tom and afr get exposed for being so one sided. Never has there been an article about zinjin, mmcs, or cominiere corruption

But irrespective, I fail to see the issue, is Tom suggesting that avz cannot engage consultants? The fee does seem very high but it appears to have passed independent review.
