Again Tom with his gutter trash reporting is tilting an angle of corruption, but there is nothing here.
How is this any different in paying the likes of Deloitte / KPMG consulting fees to get an outcome on delivery. In this case AVZ hired DLP Piper to ensure all was above board. In terms of "Bonus", I am sure many of you are familiar with the notion of been incentivised by "Performance Bonuses" if you meet KPI's Targets again, no different!
AVZ did everything by the book and hired a consultant under strict anti corruption clauses.
