Playing by the rule of law in these types of countries will always leave the door open for the biggest brown bag of cash to prevail, if these ways are not part of the company's stratergy then what is happening now to AVZ will always keep happening...

Unfortunately with out the law totally protecting in these countries the only way forward is getting"down and dirty" with the people needed to to push forwards..

All the laws in the world will NOT stop curruption and is imho fruitless to keep trying....The Chinese are so good of knowing their customers/clients/business partners in these countries and understand the way they work and play the game accordingly, thats why the Chinese prosper when the Law abiding get squashed nearly every time...
